All our products are made of latex except where stated otherwise. In some cases latex can cause allergic reactions. We can take no responsibility for any damage or harm caused by allergic reactions to this material.

Do not wear any of our latex products if you are allergic to latex!

prices

For products delivered in switzerland the currency is Swiss Francs (CHF). There is no VAT on our products as we are not obligated to pay VAT.

payment

We accept prepayment only. At present we do not accept credit cards. Prices do not include post and packaging. Costs for post and packaging are listed separately on the invoice. For deliveries to countries outside Switzerland custom-taxes and other duties including all bank fees have to be paid by the customer.

shipment

The goods will be dispatched within two weeks after receipt of payment. In the case of a delay you will be informed immediately.

right of return

Our products cannot be returned or exchanged for hygienic reasons.

warranty/liability

We guarantee for the quality of our products. The warranty of quality
does not apply for any damage caused by improper use or care.
Liability will also be refused for damages caused by overexpanding,
the natural properties of the material or during the shipment.

currency

You pay in Swiss Francs. To your assistance we indicate
the following currency conversions : EU, USD, GBP, YEN.
We revise the exchange rates regularly. Please note
that the exchange rates can be indicated only as
approximate rates.

data security

Your personal data will be handled absolutely confidential. We do not pass any information to third parties. Your payment information will be transfered to our payment-partner Yellowpay, a subsidiary company of the Swiss Post, who garanties a 128-Bit-SSL-Datasecurity.

intellectual property right and right to use

All copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material or content supplied as part of the website shall remain at all times in us or our licensors. Permission to use this material exist only as expressly authorised by us or our licensors. It is not permitted to copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit or create deduced works of such material and content.
